Who Owns What?
There are several rules that Lakes Region Water Company Inc. must abide by because we are a public water utility. Likewise, customers must also follow certain rules & procedures to help ensure the safety of their water supply.
Most customers do not realize the magnitude to which simple daily tasks can contaminate a water supply if they are not careful. A residential property may be considered a high hazard facility for cross-connection if it has an irrigation system, private well connection or other feature that may cause a public health risk. Contact the office for further assistance and information about the Cross-Connection Program.
