No matter what type of customer you are, it is important to know & understand your rights and obligations as our customer.
We also understand that you may have a lot of questions so we try to answer them right from the beginning by mailing each new customer a “Welcome Packet.” This packet of information contains LRWC’s Tariff, the most recent water quality report (CCR), a brief letter containing your system’s billing cycle and an outline of customer responsibilities.
We also ask that you provide us with accurate contact information for us to keep on file.
In case of water outages, pressure problems, leak repairs or other water related issues, it is much faster and more efficient for us to send emails for quick notification purposes. We are a very small, privately-owned company & some of our systems have 300+ customers so most of the time, phone notifications are not feasible.
